Fresh vegetables on a cutting board

Process

Four steps until it sticks.

From the first conversation until your new habit is firmly in place.

How we work together

Four steps until it sticks.

From the first conversation until your new habit is firmly in place.

  1. Step 1:

    Intro call

20 minutes, free and non-binding. We clarify your goal and whether we're a good fit. No sales pitch.

  2. Step 2:

    Analysis

We look at your daily routine, your eating habits and, if available, your blood values. No judgement, just a starting point.

  3. Step 3:

    Implementation

Concrete steps in a weekly rhythm. Not a plan to file away, but habits that fit into your week.

  4. Step 4:

    Independent

Longer intervals, more responsibility, until the new habit carries itself. That is exactly the goal.

No powder, no generic plan

What counts on the plate.

Nutrients are not an end in themselves. They are the reason a normal lunch carries you through the afternoon and a shake doesn't.

None of this is a promise. It's the list we talk about in the intro call.

Timeframe

Three months is typical.

That's the period in which new habits become stable. Less rarely suffices, more isn't needed at the start. Afterwards you decide: stop, continue at longer intervals or tackle a new goal.

  2. Week 2–4

  3. Week 5–8

    Fine-tuning, handling exceptions

  4. Week 9–12

    Stabilisation and review

Let's start with step one.

Step one is the intro call: 20 minutes, free, non-binding. Everything else comes after.
